ive been searching for 3 days on wiring for the honda projector swap. all i found is that if you just splice the sockets the bulbs and halos will keep blowing. how do you get around this do you need a special harness

Year of car? What are you wiring the Halos to? Run a separate switch wire to those... LEDs don't cope well with reversed polarity - which will occur with market light wiring and/or DRLs.

You need to explain more - we still don't know how you have it wired currently or what is blowing.

If you make proper wiring connections, wire the Halos with correct polarity, and use 55 watt bulbs (stock wattage) it will work fine.
