Shop put in remote starter.....cd player wont work

Just had a avitar or w/e remote starter put in my car as a christmas present...... i would of rather did it myself but santa clause got it for me and the installation was allready paid for. They put it in, everything works fine, BUT my cd player. It's not getting ne power, and i figured i'd ask ne one here if they've had the same problem? 2000 grand am gt. I hate when people mess things up when i could have probably did a better job........

I'd take it back & tell them to fix it .

2000 means non monsoon system. If your cd died but am/fm still work then I guess a new head unit is in your future. If the whole thing is dead, fuse or plug on back of HU.
