Hello everyone. I've ordered a kit from dpp over a year ago, never received it. Finally got tired of the back and force emails which ended up with no responses after a while.

I have a pending case now against the owner of dpp in the small claims court. If anyone has any additional information or had a similar thing happen to them please send me an instant message so we can work together.

Thanks everyone

will repost in general as well.

my email is also chris@intelimet.com

Thats a shame, I always liked drooling on their *gasp* resonably priced turbo kits.

Off Topic may have been better however I don't see too much problem with it here seeing as they were supposed to be selling performance parts.

He actually lives in my neighborhood. He's been pretty swamped with orders. I've been tryin to help him out here and there but theres just too many orders. Its not that he doesnt want to ship them but he works two jobs plus donkey punch. I'm sure he's workin on either contacting you for you're money or working on you're order.

He could have let me know something instead of just completely losing contact. I'll pm you my # I guess you can pass that # to him to call me. thats his last chance before flying out to California.

Seriously it's been over a year now. He has not responded to mail or email.

Then he should stop taking orders and start issuing refunds NOW. I've seen way too many businesses use that excuse, and it's piss poor if you ask me. I've also seen buisnesses go belly up after loosing lawsuits and paying punitive damages. Who was the guy that built custom vipers and lost his shirt because of delays and selling core parts before actually doing work on the cars the core came from?
