Led's

Lookin for some advice, Im looking for high wattage LED'S that will go in my headlights housings, Just the three shown in the picture below im looking for:???:

How high wattage you want to go ?
How many $ do you want to spend?

There are LED's available from Luxeon in 1, 3 & 5 Watt & some modules w 3 LED's each with a 50mm diameter & lens that will run you $12 - 50. Models are Star, Star Hexagon & K2. You can also get Ring, Line & Flood from Luxeon

Seoul is another maker of 1,3 & 5 Wattt LEDS. Don't know of their prices but similar to Luxeon.

Osram make one model as well.

You can even get a 10 WATT LED from TT Electronics/Optek Technology these days but they are over $100 ea.

All high wattage LED's will require an additional driver (NOT RESISTOR!)
and a heat sink, both of which cost extra $$.

Not sure what you want to use them for in the headlight housing but it shouldn't be too hard. Please uses lenses/optics on the LED's so others aren't blinded by them :)

I have all white LED's in my headlights.

What do you mean what kind?
I just replaced all the bulbs with white leds from superbrightleds.com

I did and he said they were PIAA Led's that he bought in a store which he couldnt remeber

Sounds like BS to me.
They really dont even look like LED's in the photo, they look like white bulbs.

Well all im lookin for is a bulb or led that will have high output,sorta like the output in the picture
