Steering Wheel Lock

What years of Grand Am's and Alero's don't have the steering wheel lock on it?... I just recently realized that the steering wheel doesn't lock when the car's off and was like "What the hell!?"

any year where the key is in the dash, I know 99+ are like this, I have not had much experience in anything other than 5th gens.

They all have steering wheel lock. the 99+ have an electrical lock
