Anybody else?
Or am I just extra special?:roll2: :O :???:

Anybody have remedys?
Seems like It's a frozen cable issue instead of the latch assy at the fuel door....
Can the interior lever assy get wet or crusty?
Anybody service this issue?

In camping and hiking gear they sell these things that you rip open the plastic bag they come in. Let them sit in open air for a few minutes and they make heat. "hot hands" or something like that. Open the thing up, put a wash cloth or such on the lid/flap. Put the warm hands thing on there. In a few minutes it should get things hot enough that the door will work.

Oooops...
Fuel door latch froze in retracted position,...ai...the door will not engage the latch when closed, since the latch is stuck retracted.
I have sprayed it down with wd40 but the pin latch refuses to pop back out all the way soo the fuel door will close.
I guess it's the better of two evils, since a door frozen shut would be far worse..:)
I'm currently using a rag to hold the door closed by compression.
But nothing says...."pull my white trash ass over" more than a rag in the fuel door.:roll2:
My bad on the first post description.:)
