Ok i have a cheep DEI one that came with my car. now it's on the fritz. Now i wanna get a new 1 can anyone reamend a good 1 for about $200. i want it to have remote start and keyless entry and an alarm hope everyone under stand what iam asking.

Are you sure it's the brain that's the problem? Could just be some of the wiring, might not be an expensive fix. What are the symptoms of this "on the fritz"?

DEIs have a lifetime warranty too, but I guess if you don't have the original purchase/install information and receipts you might not be able to get the brain swapped.

Other than that, if you're set on getting something new, I'd check out specials at shops in your area. Make sure they are reputable shops selling reputable gear of course, but really if you need it installed local shops are your best bet.

Your price range of $200 isn't going to get you much in the way of an alarm/keyless/remote start system...at least from DEI, although you can get yourself at least keyless and rem.start.
