A few at Summit Racing:

Summit "house brand":

Cyberdyne:

Cyberdyne also makes them in green (same price) and blue (about $12 more) LEDs.

Here's a bunch more digital gauges in general:

I have the Summit digital voltmeter and unfortunately after a couple years of having it, one segment in the last digit is kinda flakey now. It's not the LED in there as it sometimes illuminates (but most often it does not) but some other problem (perhaps a cold solder joint or something). I would like to think that's more of an isolated problem but I have no idea. The Summit guages only have a 90-day or 1yr warranty whereas some of the other manufacturer's have lifetime so that $10 difference in price may well be worth it. In retrospect I kinda wish I had bought the brand-name gauge given what happened to mine, but at the same time I'm sure it could just as easily be still working fine...
