I think borla is the only kit exhaust left out there. Seems to me the best way to go is buy a flowmaster or magnaflow (or anything I guess, but I think those sound the best) and have an exhaust shop do the rest.
As far as headers, I remember seeing some on PFYC.com once, but I dont know anywhere else.

yea thats what i figured the best im seeing is borla as far as headers all i can find is ones for the 4 cylinder engine none for the 6. maybe a local muffler shop can help me out. Also i was wondering about cai. if i get one ill have to get rid of the ram air intake so i would lose the 5 horsepower that it gives. then replace it with another air intake thats gives 5-10 more horses it doesnt seem worth it. does anyone notice i considerable difference from a cai after illiminating the ram air?

CAI is well worth it. The stock ram air setup is not efficient at all. You will enjoy the sound and look of your CAI. It is a minor HP gain but some say they feel the difference on the Butt Dyno. You can pick up a cheap stage 3 CAI on ebay. I am very pleased with mine, The seller is Chromeintakes.
As for headers. http://www.ssheaders.com/ Rand (Coupe) has them and is very pleased with them.

thanks for that site it will be a big help. i currently have a 99 gt with about 130,000 miles on it and i plan on trading it in and getting a new gagt with low milage and plan to beef it up since the one i have now has gotten the piss beaten out of it. im trying to find parts for more horse power when i get the new whip i didnt think a cai would do too much but ill try it out. i also plan on getting msd ignition coils with the spark plugs and wires. as well as doing the exhaust. anyother suggestions would be helpfull i would definitly look into them. since owning a ga already i know the potiental it has, the stock one i have now has won many stoplight and highway races and im looking forward to having a new one to put many parts into it any suggestions would be appreiciated.

Ignition coils are a waste of money unless you have got some nice mods done. The stock ones are pretty decent.
If you really want to go all out check out the 60degreeV6 store and MMS. They are fully geared towards out type of engine and have some great parts.

S&S makes headers for the 3400, a simple search here would have gotten you that info.
Pacesetter also makes catbacks for us now.

Don't touch exhaust kits. Buy a muffler and a resonator (optional) and a hi-flow cat (optional) and take it to a local shop that's well regarded. Lou's Custom Exhaust is a good one, for example, in the MA area.

MMS also makes an exhaust for our cars.

^ dont waste your money on Cat backs like that. You can get a custom manderal bend job done alot cheaper just like Dan said.

as far as the ss headers go, what do i need other than the headers and the cat? would i need the flex as well? im about to take my car to "my" exhaust shop to have 2.5" piping from the cat back to the muffler.
so i guess the main question, do i need to get the $720 headers (about that much w/o shipping as ive seen) or the cheaper ones? also, is the size of the new cat the same size as the piping im getting so i can install myself, or should i just have them install it when i get the money together?

the SS set comes with a new flex and cat. you will need gaskets also and you can it you want do it yourself.

from the way that the shop did my exhaust from the looks of it, i dont mind spending the $5 to get them installed by them. hell, it only cost me $60 for the piping install and $40 for the muffler install a week ago
