tired of your butt freezin in those leather seats? toast them up with a heated seat kit! This was a lot simpler to install than I could ever imagine, and I figured I'd do a more in depth how to than the other board has.

Tools needed:
15mm socket on a ratchet OR 7mm hex
big flathead screwdriver
wire cutters / strippers
Drill or Dremel
Needle Nose Pliers

Parts Needed:
Heated Seat Kit (obviously)
10a Fuse Taps (2 preferably)
Electrical / Duct Tape

1 - Take the seats out of the car, drivers side has 1 or 2 power supplies to disconnect, passenger side should have none. Unbolt the two bolts in the back with either the 15mm socket or the 7mm torx. Push up and forward, and pull out of the car.
2 - Chances are, it's cold outside if your installing this kit, so bring it inside.

3 - We'll do the bottom first cause it's easier. If you look at the seat back adjuster, you'll notice a little silver C clip, pull that off with the needle nose pliers, then the handle just pulls off.

4 - Drivers Seat - The 6-way power adjustment, the shroud around it just pulls off, but do it carefully so it doesnt break. The rest you don't need to touch.
5 - Drivers Seat Pt 2 - The lumbar support, I couldn't figure that out so I left it there, keep reading and you'll see why.
6 - Flip the seat over and you'll see that there's no hog rings! What you want to do is pull off the big plastic clips from the metal frame of the seat. The front is real easy to pull off, then work around all the sides.

7 - Pull up the seat cover on all the sides and you'll start seeing the cushion and a red fabric. It is like a heavy duty velcro, just pulls right off... but don't dig your fingers into it, it will cut them up (ouch, i learned the hard way).

8 - Drivers Seat - The Lumbar support - I didn't undo the front, so I pulled the back up and over the front.
9 - Now it's time to put the heat element on, use the supplied double sided tape on the back side of it, and try not to bend it too much to avoid it breaking. Then put a little duct tape around the edges so it doesn't fold up or anything

10 - do the reverse of above to put the seat bottom back together, try to run the wiring towards the seat belt area.

11 - The top cushion. A little more difficult than the bottom, but it can still be done. First, undo the huge black plastic clip on the bottom. Use a big flathead screwdriver on one end to get it started, then it'll pop right apart.

12 - then when you start peelin back the leather, you'll feel some resistance... go back to the bottom section and undo the rear sides, and you'll see a piece of fabric wrapped on a bolt. This is on both sides and adds more tension to keep the top section looking good. it just pulls right off.

13 - for a 2-door, pull off that switch on the back... give it a tug and it comes off
14 - the heat element goes on just like the bottom... run the wire near the seatbelt, don't fold it too tightly, and use ducttape sparringly to keep it in place on the edges

15 - throw the seat back in and do the next
16 - Wiring - pretty straight forward. there's enough wire in this kit i used to put the heat elements in the trunk and wire it in the dash. the main issue is figuring out where to put the switches. i mounted mine on both sides of the shifter in the center console. of course make sure the wires are hidden. the connection is as simple as a + and -, just use a fuse tap on a 10a fuse and ground it accordingly.

Any questions or anything, let me know.
