Call and make your reservation ASAP... I blocked off 30 rooms - 18 double queens and 12 kings, please specify smoking or non because they have a LOT more smoking than the non although they will do everyting they can to air it out all you have to do is request that. So for that weekend at $69.95 for 2 double beds, and $65 for 1 king. these rooms are originally around $92.95.

Make your reservation before the 30 days before the event otherwise the rooms are off the "group block".

If you need to cancel, please do so 24 hours prior.

This includes indoor pool, spa, free high speed internet in the rooms, refridgerator, coffee pot, continental breakfast in the morning.

When you call & make your reservation it is blocked under the name of ClubECM OR Group number 101971 - you can use either or.

For those who remember the area... it is the hotel behind the restaurant The Butcher Block and Dunkin Donuts.

I emailed her to tell her that I just posted the hotel info and that she would probably get reservations any minute now... she replied back with "Bring it on" then not an hour later she replied with "well you weren't kidding"

Nice. I also emailed to see if we could get as many rooms together as possible to avoid disruption to other guests. I am still waiting for a reply.

I booked for a day early and a day late just in case, you can cancle those anytime before 6PM that day. They would not extend the pricing to those additional days though.

After I made my reservation they asked me if I wanted to guarentee it with a card, so I would assume you could say no. I know with some chains if you dont book with a card they will give your room away if you dont show up by 6pm.

Ok i'm booked for a dub smoking room from 12 - 15 for now. My and my buddy Jimmy will be coming in late Thursday night. He doesn't have a grand am, but he does have an 87 tubro sunbird. Body sux, but his motor and suspension are primo (he's an auto x'er). We leave rochester around 6-6:30pm after work so we only have to take friday off... sweet

Don't sweat it man. It's wasn't the first year we were there, they know exactly who we are and what we do. The redhead apparently didn't get the memo but who cares really.

They also know that despite having a great time we have more than enough responsible people around for it to be safe.

And as for the Hotel, keeping us contained in a conference room is their best option. If we are not in that room there will surely be smaller parties in the parking lot causing police commotion, or up in the rooms find objects to tip over and play beer pong on... lol

Yeah, it would be so much easier to get a room, but I can't justify the $70 a night for the 25 minute car ride. John and I did stay one night last year so we wouldnt be late going to the track and guess what? We were the last ones out there, caravan was waiting for us!! We overslept. :lol:
