Rear Window Vinyl measurements.

Off the top of your heads, does anyone know the Width across of the rear Window of a 99+ Grand Am?

I'm at work and I can't measure it so if anyone knows that'd be great....thanks.

My vinyl drop that covers the dots is 42" X 12"
The tint that covers the defroster is 54" X 24"

It might be a tad smaller, I measured from molding to molding on the outside.

Your Rear Vinyl goes 12" down the rear window?

Any pics? Your Cardomain doesn't show any good rear window shots.

When I got my tint, the shop installed a black vinyl piece from the top of the window to the top of the defroster lines. Some tint doesn't stick well to the dots. They used regular tint from the top of the defroster to the bottom of the window.

I've also heard that some people sand the dots down and/or paint the area black.

Yea...I got my windows tinited and it didn't stick so well to the dots.

It bothers me so I'd like it covered.

So from the top of the Rear window to the beginning of the defroster lines is 12"?
...and from Moulding to Moulding is around 42" across?

Most vinyl is 15" or 30" so get a four foot piece of the 15" and trim it down.
