'04 Grand Am SE Disk brake swap

Ok so just bought an '04 Grand Am SE. I love the car but I was wondering how hard it would be to swap the rear drum brakes with disks. Is there a kit available? I was just thinking of going to a junk yard and finding a GT and pulling the disk brakes off the rear of that and swapping them. Is this possible, and if it is how hard is this?
