Gus, I don't really follow your question... follow the link that jim posted and you can pay there using paypal.

As for your friend he can sign up there too, is he bringing his own vehicle or riding with you... if he is riding with you he'd be considered your guest, which you can add when you register for the meet which is $5 on top of your $20.

If you registered in the past, you put your email addy and password in and you don't have to fill out the required forms.
