IF YOU CALLED THE HOTEL AND RESERVED YOUR ROOM BEFORE MARCH 1ST...

I need you to PM me your name, and when you are checking in and out. If you have a confirmation number include that too.

What happend is the hotel tried to edit my contract and open up some rooms for Tuesday and Sunday evenings for those staying some extra days and she wiped out the contract completely. All I need to get to her are your names and nights staying... but the confirmation number helps. The names are in their database so all she needs to do is reassign them to our group so you get the group rate... so let me know... do not call them and re-reserve, that will only complicate things - such as you reserving more rooms than you actually need and not having enough avab to other members.
