Chrome Trim (watch out 56K)

I had the factory black trim on my doors, but i replaced with some chrome trime i got at autozone.
i also but some on the front of the hood, the bottom of the front fender and trunk.
and around the back license plate.
i like the whole black with chrome theme.
i just wanted to know what everybody thinks of it.

(maybe to much with the trunk, i'm thinkin'??? it looks cool, but i make the car look like a cartoon with the outlines. ? )

Instead of following the trunk line take it in the other direction, around the tails. Just a thought.

It's kind of ironic that many people here have the opposite problem, they want to de-chrome their cars.

I wonder what a chrome shorty antenna would look like?

Different strokes for different folks. It seems the latest trend is to borify a car, as in remove all badges and trim. Others like to dress them up. Me, I'm somewhere in the middle.

I like the chrome around the windows. The rest I would change. Doing around the tails would be good. Also, you got to bling the wheels if you add the chrome.

I was looking at Aura's and G6's over the weekend. The Aura in black has it all over the G6 because it has the chrome. I would suggest you study those cars and apply it appropriately to the GA

I'm not knocking your car, it's just my aversion to sticky tape bling that appeals so much to old farts and teens that have not heard of the word "moderation".

Not to crazy for it. Don't mind the pin strip on the side and the inlay (ish) around the rear bumper plate. Anyhow just my 2cents)

on the bright side, atleast he didnt get the chrome plates that go up 3/4th's the doors chrome tint crap, and 21" chrome rims :)

Not a fan of stick-on bling myself, but to each his own I guess. Of course this from someone who not only debadged my car but removed the pinstripe and swapped the chrome-trimmed grilles for the all black ones. Next to go is the chrome around the windows.

i love the chrome around the windows!! looks pretty sweet.. I think iam goin to do it myself...How else are you goin to do it it with out sticking it on at least he didnt spray paint it chrome and it looks lot cooler then stick on stickers in his engine bay!!!!!
