Is there any way that I could set up a GAOC Homepage, customized to me when I log on. For example, I would want 4 to 5 sections so that I don't have the whole list with all teh sub lists appear.

You can do so by "subscribing" to the forum sections you like. While in the section you like, click the "Subscribe to this Forum" link right next to the "New Thread" button. Then, whenever you go to your User control panel (using the "Profile" button at the top of every page) it will show the list of forums that you have subscribed to.
