will 6x8s fit right in the back of a 03 grand am gt i know the back are 6x9s but will they fit and if not do they make a bracket to make it fit?

OEM speaker size is 6x9. unless you absolutely HAVE to go with the 5x7/6x8's, just use the correct size. Your not going to gain anything by going with a 6x8 other than having to custom mount them.

I had 6X8 so I installed them in mine. Easy to do. I think I just had to make a screw hole
