What's with the Pine View sticker?
The tips may be cleanable but it's something you'll have to check in person. Often the heat and the carbon damage the finish so you'll have to repaint them.
If the finish is gone you have two choices
- the easy route, buy a can of chrome paint and paint them
- get new ones, they aren't expensive if you go aftermarket and the factory ones are still available if you feel the need to stay GM.
The first thing to do is to get rid of the factory antenna. It's too big.

They don't have one in your color so just get black.

Another common mod is to either paint the mirrors or replace them with dual post. I've chosen to keep mine but I have to admit the dual posts body colored look sweet.
Also many people get a few vinyl graphics from http://www.grafxwerks.com/
Look and see what's available. If you think of somewhere where you need something they do custom work for dirt cheap.

What is your budget? What is your skill level? What tools do you have at your disposal? What mods are you interested in?

well if you dont know your skills level, lowering it will be one of the later things you will want to do as its not really hard, but its not eactly as easy as changing out your tail lights.
exhaust i would just let a shop do it, fog lights, euro tails, and a hood you can do yourself provided you can read (which i think you can otherwise it would be hard for you to be here :) ) and have someone help you with the hood)
sound system can be hard, can be easy... not sure where it would be fore you, but not to hard to figure out either.

i think most of the work will be done by my local shop just to be sure.
Hood will most likey have to be painted so its going to a paint when i have the money.

Weapon-R sells an intake if you aren't willing to make your own or don't know how, and xtralights has headlights for you car.
Headlights (they aren't blue but they still look awesome!!!):

All GM antennas are the same, or most are anyway. It's a simple procedure, screw the old one off put the new one on.

If you go to a car wash and spray around the edge of the sticker then it should peel off. Most do.
The email said they can't ship the antenna? The guy is usually really good. It must be a mistake somewhere. Just email him your address and such and I'm sure he'll fix it.

screwed up its been shipped can i use a hair dryer and fishing line to get the sticker off.

I wouldn't recomend it, the fishing line that is. The hair dryer may work but usually there isn't enough glue to need to scrape. If the hair dryer makes it turn loose then just peel it off and wash the area with soap. If there's any residue use a little WD40 or goo gone to clean that.
People use fishing line to debadge because the glue under your badges is several centimeters thick, not like the thin layer under a sticker.

i think its more like the gt badge not a thin sticker.

:???: did you even look at p. 2 of my car domain? nothing mentioned about how to do a bodykit. however, there are things like vinyl eyebrows, painting interior, interior lights, even mirror etching. a lot of little things that don't take long or cost much...
