Just finished installing air shocks in the rear of my GA, and just wanted to say HOLY @#$^
HUGE difference in suspension / handling / braking. My old economy shocks still worked, but I wanted to raise my rear end a little because it sagged a fair bit whenever ~50lbs + of weight was added to the trunk.
I installed the shocks, and set them at about 40 psi to level the car out, then took it for a boot... was crazy how much difference it made.
Guys, do you remember being a kid and using a swing set? member that feeling you get when you start to descend after swinging fully forward? the"floaty tingling" ?
well... thats what it feels like when i drive over slight inclines !!!
Now that I have a fixed air pressure, was consider installing a compressor and a gauge so I can control the ride hide on the fly without having to manually inflate / deflate the system.
anyone know where I can get the special air line and fittings to make this possible? was going to run the air line to the front, and use a gauge to monitor the pressure + put a bleeder valve in to decrease it.
with a compressor wired in I could hit a momentary push button to increase air pressure as desired... but just need fittings and air line to make it possible.
