ok i know that you can disable the DRLs but is there a way you can disable the dusk sensing lights?

seach for alc (automatic light control).... theres 2 wires on the bcm you have to cut and i think put a resistor in to get them to turn off.

If you pull the sensor in the defrost vent the lights will be on always, if you connect the 2 wires the lights will never come on automatically. That was the first thing I did to my car, I bought it on Friday, by Sunday the lights came on when I wanted them to.

its the center longer vent in the middle of your dashboard.... right near the bottom of yer windshield

its a little olive green sensor, about 1/4" dome looking thing, that is just the top, it sits under the vent plastic, you will have to pull up the vent plastic duct. the quick fix, get one of those plastic wire splices and put both wires in it, no unhooking anything. I can't remember if you can see the wires from behind the radio or not.
