Piaa Blue/white Led 168 194 Wedge Bulbs Help

I'm a newb when it comes to these LED bulbs... even though my whole rear end on my 96 is LEDS HAHAHA...

okay so for my 99... is it says they are wedge bulbs does that mean the resistor is already built in... therefore its compleltey plug and play????


also can anyone reccomend a nice 3157 bulb (inner turn signal bulb) that willl match somewhat with 6000k hids... although my current ones are hyper white/blue color...compared to my hids they look YELLOW !!!

i bought these ones at walmart that are the blue ricer brand bulbs but at night they are pretty close to the hid....i didnt do the turn signal itself just the smaller 194 next to the turn signal
