air conditioning

so my 1996 grand am gt has no air conditioning ....(its broken)
just wondering if this is a pattern with other 96's

My 2000 leaks out

Does it not come with air conditioning or is it just not working?

If it's not working, does the compressor kick on?

no i mean its broken its like a 800 dollar repair but ive seen lots of people with the same problem

I have my 94 GA cant find any records of any service and blows cold but not ice cold.. works great
