Center Wheel Cap Part #

I called my dealer and they said the chrome center cap on the 2004 Grand Am GT was part number 9595003. I need to make sure this is the one with the chrome lugnut covers versus the cap that directly covers the lugnuts...the one I'm looking for covers this one. I can't seem to find a picture and they need to be replaced. Thanks guys.

I've attached a picture in which the piece I am looking for is the very center part of the wheel.

I can't find a picture of the part on various web sites...the picture I provided was from my car previously.

Also, any suggestions as to where I should buy from? I was thinking gmpartsdirect.com
