Pretty much it's just a stock SE1 with badging to show that pontiac is the official sponsor of the NCAA

I've seen a bunch of these also, they vary in the options. Some of the ones I've seen around here are stock SE's with a SC/T spoiler on. When it comes down to it though there ntohing different about the car except the bagding.

I also saw a Richard Petty edition Grand Prix. Did Pontiac go crazy with the endorsements for a while or what. At least they choose conservative ones. I'm glad I don't have the Bloody Discharge Red Tampax Edition Grand Am or the Mucus Green Kleenex Edition.
