Flaking/Cracking Paint on Bumper

Looking for some help...

My GA (2002 SE) has paint issues on the soft parts, ie plastic bumper, etc...

In the creases, the paint has begun to crack and flake off.

Does anyone know of a product that can be applied to these areas to stop the flaking on these plastic parts? I'm guessing facial moisturizer is not an option, so I have no ideas! ;)

Any help would be appreciated!

I actually had a patch about 4 inches by 3 inches fall off underneath my fuel door from the woman owning the car before me spilling it on the paint. I think my dad and I are going to sand it down, spray it and clear coat it. I don't want to hi-jack your topic Shanesokol but if anyone has any help for me too that would be sweet.

I think both of the problems would have the same solution because mine is on the rear bumper too.

Your gonna have to have it repainted, there is nothing else you can do.
