I have been lurking around this site off and on for the last couple years but have never had any informative tidbits to add, but now I need your help.
My '02 GT has had strange wiper problems lately. It started with the mist function and instead of giving 1 swipe across the windshield it would do several while at other times only one. Then yesterday the intermittent function started acting strange. The wipers will jerk across the windshield like the power to the motor is intermittent. If I switch to constant wiper mode they are ok but won't always shut off and hesitate in the park position just long enough to know it wasn't making a smooth transition from going down to going back up, when, in fact, it should be parking.
Does this sound like an "intermittent box" problem to anyone, if it has one?
