will the alumnim wheels from a 2001 grand am GT,fit a 1999 grand am SE ?? please help :)

Yes. All 99+ are the same AFAIK.

All GAs from 1999 to present have a 5x115mm bolt pattern. Grand Ams from 1998 and earlier possess a 5x100mm bolt pattern.

Yep ... my '99 SE has a set of '00 GT rims on it :)
