No need to replace now but just looking for some info. How would one replace the clutch- - Big picture? Does the transmission come out, does the whole engine come out? I have not looked at it but I was just wondering if anyone has done it. Thanks

You need to raise the car up, best way is by a lift. I believe you dissassemble the entire left(driver) side of the driveshaft as well and the tranny comes off from the engine, that's where the clutch system is located.

Well I am doing it now..Don't plan on doing this yourself..The only two areas where you can jack your car up for the front have to come off to drop the tranny..It is a major PITA....I would stress to go and get it done..But like Dom said..You have to lift your car up and lift your engine up also.

When they told me $300 + to get it done at the shop, I found out how to do iy myself. But then again that was on my NeoN.

It's going to cost a lot more than 300 try approx 700.

i just did this myself not too hard of a job u just have to jack up your car by the lower radiator support took me 2 days about 10 hours total hardest part is those drive axles but once they are off its smooth sailing put in a new exedy race clutch feels great
