What do you think i should get next?
-tint
-taillights
-headlights
-lowering springs
-sc/t body kit or some other body kit
-neon or L.E.D. light bars
-dual post side mirrors

Dual post and tint in the same day because that is going to be the cheapest.

How much snow do you get around there? Some springs would compliment the wheels. Tint is always a cheap and effective mod too.

first off, yea thats NOT a whip.

id do the SC/T kit first, itll really set off that car, and then youll know if you want to lower it after that.

dual post mirrors are cool, but are smaller and make more wind noise.

Nice looking GT. I would definitely get some dual post mirrors and probably tint. Also I would think about the SC/T body kit. But thats just me.

If it were mine, I'd lower it next, then worry about tint and mirrors, and other smaller exterior mods. A nice set of wheels just needs to be set off with less fender gap than what the Grand Am has stock.
