You can maybe put some silicon around the socket or maybe get it molded?
like where the bulb plugs in or where the light edge is flush with the bumper?

I'm thinking where the bulb plugs in.

its seems pretty sealed to me though?

I got some thick plastic and taped it over the hole from the inside of the bumper. You could also use some sort of plastic cap like on a Pringles can if it's big enough.
It keeps water and dirt from the rear tire from getting in. RTV around the socket keeps water out of the housing.
so basically u gotta remove the tape and plastic to change the bulb?
anyway u could get my a pic to show me better?
what if i sprayed some monofoam in there and made it so only the bulb comes out?
