I think this is what caused my car to jump time,are these known to go bad ?I cannot find any thing else wrong (see my post below)I thought the water pump was bad but looks good allso all valves are good and did have 1 lifter that was stuck but I got it freed up now.HMMMMM SHOULD I get a new tensioner and go back together with this or ????
