Good choice of amp.

You should clean up the wiring a bit, otherwise looks good. What size amp is that?

nice amp, but i would have chosen a different option for mounting. because if its mounted to the back of the box, eventually the holes that you made in the box for the amp screws will start letting air out.

I like the amp.

I'd mount the amp in a location other than on the sub box for the simple reason that it would be harder for a thief to get everything if the amp was bolted to the seat or something than the box.

screw holes don't really matter if the box is ported because the holes are 2 small but if its sealed ^he's right should keep checkin the holes but with a smaller amp(its kicker though so it should still be loud :) i won't make much of a difference.

Don't worry about screws on your box letting air out, what you SHOULD BE WORRIED about is the vibrations of the box screwing up the internals on the amp. That's one of the biggest causes of the amps screwing blowing. Also, you need to shorten that ground wire. It's far too long. It needs to be less than 18in for maximum current/heat displacement.
