I need help choosing a caliper color, My two theme colors are silver and black, but my rims have a lil gold cap on them, Iam planing on blacking out my car and getting tint, black eyebrow, and black overlays , so should I go with black, silver or gold calipers, I want them to stick out so Iam leaning with either gold or high gloss silver, and i want somthing unique any other ideas

If you want them to be noticed, go with silver. It a bear to keep clean.

You could paint them gloss black and use silver to put either "Pontiac" or "Grand Am" on them with a stencil of some sort. Not sure how hard it'd be, but I think it'd stick out that way.

How about gloss black then highlight the part of the calipers that stick out

I can't stand red calipers on anything but a red car... I like them to match.. either the color of the car.. or the secondary color you've chosen

red calipers only belong on a red car, or if they are aftermarket calipers that come in red. i dont see a point in doing red stock calipers if they dont match the car.
yes i know, im hipocritical since my stock grand am calipers were red, but i fixed that. i am doing red corvette calipers on my camaro soon, but the car is red.

Thats just it though, calipers are the one thing that dont have to match the car or the theme at all and still look amazingly awsome.

Exactly, they are nice little accents that dont over power other features of the car.
Like my car for example... its black, and red calipers really make the car stand out as a whole. If they were black to match the body, it just wouldn't POP as much.

DO IT!!!! If not red, then do Blue to match your blue accents. The good thing is, almost any color goes with black, especially if its only black and that one other color.

That what I was going to do originally.. but I hate not knowing if the blue is really going to match...

If you dont like it you can always repaint them a different color.

I like the thought of red calipers, but I don't know how they'd look on my Teal GA SE. I don't want people to think it's a "Christmas-colored" car.

To each his own, I suppose. That color combo does sound cool to me, though. When you get it done, we'd love some pics to see how it turned out.

Yea I think red is common color to use but because it makes the brakes stand out a little bit. I just got cross-drilled rotors but don't have any color. Ive got a white and blue scheme(all white on the exterior though) so Im going with red paint for the calipers. Black is good too though but if you want to stand a little bit black won't help,it'll just make the wheel area look darker unless you do something like Dave did and Put in Pontiac or Grand Am as accents
