Is there anyway to add a feature to automatically resize pictures when uploading??? I hate when im trying to upload a picture, it says, "the picture is too large" blahblahblah...then when i press back, it deletes all the text i wrote in the box too! WHAT THE HELL!!!! LOL...

Windows XP has a picture resizer built in.
Click on your picture then right click. It makes a copy in your choice of three sizes.

That would require all kinds of hacks and monster server-side processing... prolly not a good idea on such an active forum.

i have xp.. if i right click the only way i see i can resize it is by opening it w/ paint or photoshop... but my point is that it's just annoying to have to resize and save another file on your computer just to upload a picture...

I just installed the image resizer powertoy also. What setting do the pictures have to be on in order to be able to post them? And how do you post more than one picture in the same thread?

^ you can't post multiple pictures in the same thread unless you upload them onto photobucket or the like

Exactly. And I would recommend that for several reasons...
1. thumbnails/albums
2. no image size restrictions
3. as many images as you want in 1 post
4. doesn't consume GAOC server resources (speed/space) ;)

i just downsize the pics in "paint", then upload to photobucket. its also cool because no matter where im at, if i wanna show someone photos i can hop on any internet and have access to them. its worked out on so many occasions.
