Materials you need:
- Screwdriver
- Double Sided Tape
- Razor Blade
- Pliers
1: You can see how the weatherstripping runs. There are 3 screws that are by the windshield. (shown in the picture) Unscrew these screws w/ the screwdriver and the side windshield piece should come off.

2: Now, there is another plate that has to screw off by the side piece behind the door, you have to pull the weatherstripping back to see them, like I did in the pic below. Use the screwdriver to unscrew them. Now, this piece holding the weatherstripping is also the sidepiece by the rear window, so it doesn't just come off b/c its held on by double-sided tape. So, you use the razor blade (or just pull it off like I did) to separate the side piece from the car itself. Then after that you use the razor blade to remove all access tape from the car/plastic piece.

3: Just pull the rest of the stripping off of the door, it just pulls off. In order to get the stripping off of the plastic, you have to use the pliers to bend white plastic pieces in so that they come out (you'll see what I'm talking about when you unscrew the plate)

4: Pop the new weatherstripping onto the plates like they came off.

5: Screw the plates back onto the car. Now you use the double sided tape to attach the side piece back on the car.

6: Slide in the weatherstripping back onto the metal of the door like it came off. And you're done.

Here's a pic showing all the screws:
