has anyone here or anywhere ever combined an alero with a grand am, ive been toying with the idea now for a while and didnt know if anyone out there has ever done anything like this, what im basically looking at is the front bumper, but customized to still have the pontiac license plate placement, and then the wing, since the wing on the alero has a different setup than the grand am wing, but i wasnt for sure if these could just be swapped out or not, any help at all is welcome, thanks

you would have to do the whole front clip....IMO its not worth it to make your car look like an alero i think they are ugly front the start

i was originolay going to do that. you can only do the front. hood, fenders, headlighhts, header panel and such. if you do the rear you need newe quater panales and its not worth it. i was only going to do the froen with the aed fron facia

Yep. Although similiar, the rears on the GA sister cars are always a tad different with the quarter panels. For my generation, the taillamps are differently shaped, and so the end piece of the quarterpanels are different when compared to the Achieva or Skylark. (GA has more rounded ends while the 'Lark has a more jagged cut)

this guy did the skirts and door panels from a GT on his alero. I like this car a lot actually.

Sorry to bump an old thread but see'ing how I'm selling my GA because I just bought an Alero, anyone know any specifics on that Alero :D looks hella good. AED front / rear I'm assuming? What model Alero / GAGT did he have / switch to. What parts from the GT did he actually use? I seen you said sideskirts, but what about the door molding, is that molding or the actual door ;P

I like the Razzi spoiler, I may do that instead of an SC/T just to be a little different, I haven't seen any of them other than Gregg's. It'll bolt right to a Grand Am trunk right, no different contours on the Alero trunk?

i was gonna get a 2 door alero and do a aed frount end on it aed hood,fenders bumper it look sweet with the indent goin all the way thru not just stoping like the 2 door ga's do the alero tails look sweet if ya got the led ones.
