this is gonna make my weekend , installing new door speakers. Pte Socks thanks for the play by play for front door panel removal. will report back on how install went.

speakers are installed . the window crank was a pita to figure out , but i got it figured out. there is a clip that holds em on. on my car there was no color scheme to figure out i just matched the colors to one another and presto all good.

Ah, one of the unlucky ones with crank windows, eh?

Yeah, its a pain to get the crank out. I lost one of the clips and had to go to autozone to get more. :lol:

for future reference or did you...use a window crank remover tool. also thats kinda tricky to work, another trick to do to take off the crank is to use a rope or something solid and pull the opposite way that the clip is open on

i used a eyeglass repair screwdriver nice and small and it did the trick . i lost one clip but my buddy gave me one from one of his field cars
