I might be getting a GT front bumper and door skirts, and side skirts. Will I be able to install all of that without a problem on an SE. I mean I know I can install the front bumper and door skirts. I guess I really need to know about the Side skirts. Do I have to get new fender wells for them to fit or can I just replace them. And How different are the side skirts compared of a GT compared to an SE. Should I even bother buying the side skirts?
Thanks for the help.

Make your SE the nicest SE
Leave the GTs to handle GTs

I say...Go for it. After all....It's just a GT kit. Who cares if your car is not an actual GT. Not like the GT is anything more than an SE with a body kit anyway. Besides a few minor differences, they are vertualy the same car.
Personaly, I like the GT kit, at would covert in an instant if it were in my budjet.

The reason i think its a waiste is becuase by the time you buy the kit, have it painted and installed you could have just used that money to put down on a GT.
Another reason is is becuase when your done all you have is a stock lookin GAGT.....whoopty freakin doo, we all see them everyday.

If you still want to go ahead with the conversion, you will need new wheel well pieces in front, i think its somewhere around $20 a side from a GM dealership (unless they really rape you). As for side skirts, the SE has the curve thing in front, GT has it in back (if you don't know what I'm talking about, it's the piece where the skirt changes how it runs along the car). You're getting a back bumper too, right? It didn't say in your post if you were, it listed the other stuff though.

i dont see anything wrong with doing it. the GT facia and sides are so much nicer than the SE. but if you were to change the appearnce of your SE, i would jyet get an aftermarket bodykti

Well all of the stuff is already painted black. So I won't have to mess with that. The only problem is he doesn't have the rear bumper so I would have to wait around for that.
I guess I'm not going to do it. I don't feel like having to pick up new wheel wells and go through the trouble and money to get them painted.

What are you talking about getting painted? The wheel wells are just black plastic that keep crap from slinging off the tires into the engine bay. The wheel wells aren't bad to change, I did both when I changed my front bumper and it takes longer to pop the chirstmas tree clips out than to install it.

I'm sorry... I meant the Fender portion that goes around the wheel on the exterior of the car. Sorry I used the wrong terms
