Power Steering Pump and the Engine Mount

do you need to remove the engine mount when replacing the power steering pump?

if you do need to remove the engine mount what is the best way to support the engine?

On 4th gens w/3100 you definitely do; however on 5th gens (99+) with the 3400, it looks like you don't have to.

See angrysk8r's LIM/head gasket thread in the How-To section--it will show you how to get the pump off without removing the mount I think...
