Car starts everything is fine. E brake down. When you put the car in R, or D the symbol for brights flickers and illuminates partially but does not come on completely. One head light is also a lot dimmer than the other. Service Engine Soon light comes on at the same time...
?? I have no idea what the problem may be... however the the AC does not either, and my car has recently had lots of work with the wiring harness and some other bull crap.. please help me!

Service Engine Soon light comes on at the same time...Are you certain it's the Service ENGINE Soon light that comes 'on'?
If so, that indicates a problem with the enigne's gas/air/ignition (or the automatic tranny).
Stop by AutoZone/Checker/etc. and have them scan your car's computer for codes. They do this for free, in hopes you'll buy the necessary parts.
Do NOT buy the part(s) indicated by the code(s); report back here and we'll help you determine how to proceed.
BUT, if it's the Service VEHICLE Soon light that comes 'on', that indicates a body problem.
Probably a burned-out headlight bulb.
Checker/AutoZone/etc. can't scan these codes with their cheap hand-held scanners.
I have no idea what the problem may be..... however the the AC does not either,
The AC doesn't know what's happening (who is 'AC'), or the AC (Air Conditioning) doesn't work?
If the AC doesn't work, first step would be to check the fuse.
...recently had lots of work with the wiring harness and some other bull crap.. please help me! Can you explain more fully what work was done, or why?
The GA's electrical system is very complex, with at least three major computers and separate minor microprocessors controlling various stuff.
Work done in one area almost always affects other circuits.
If we know what the "..lots of work with the wiring harness.." was, it might help figure out the other problems.
Good luck,
