I bought this car 3 days ago. I know only what i need to get by about GM's and this is really weird.
The first two days i had the car, i drove it around fine, no problems what so ever. Coolant temp was reading on the "1/4 bar" between 40* and 105*
Today i drive on the highway for 60kms, park the car for 30mins, come out, drive 20 feet, stop, and it stalls. Does this about 6 times on the way home. Only difference was the temp is now at 105* :???:
To me it sounds like the thermostat is cooked, but why would that cause the motor to keep stalling?
Anyone know what the problem is?
