Where to start? I checked the "Heater/AC" fuse and it was fine. It was working fine and then all of a sudden crapped out. Any ideas where I should start looking? Or where I can get a diagram/wiring schematic?

Make sure you understand the proper operation of the fan... it shouldn't be running often anyway.

Verify your OBD version first, as this only applies to OBD 1.5:

Sorry, I meant the HVAC fan/blower...

Does it work when in the high fan settings, but not on the lower ones?
If so, its probably the relay went out for the HVAC fan.
If it fails to work at all, smack the fan a bit under the hood (Should be on the passenger side of the firewall) when the car is on. If it kicks on, then you have a flat spot in the motor, which means its not long for this world. If that doesn't work to start the fan, then pull the cover off and check the two connections to see if they are indeed still on. If its still connected, then it is probably your blower motor itself. It isn't a hard change, but on the V6, you do need to mess with your power steering to get to it.
