Nothing working

I hooked up a volt gauge the other day, my friend like pulled on it, and both the wires pulled off and touched, now I have no tailights, no cluster lights, no radio or gear lights, and fog lights and my a/c stays on somtimes when i have the car totally off, i checked all fuses, is it a relay or a wire, I have a 00' 3.4 gt

OK soo I got everything fixed up now it was the parking lamp fuse I swear I checked it, thank god that was all, now ill post some new pics of my volt gauge and new calipers peace!
