window regulator

Is there anything available online telling me how to replace a window regulator on my 2001 SE?

Or can anyone help with a little info? My window regulator went up and instead of paying a fortune, I'd like to try myself or even have someone I know do it. Any help is appreciated :)

Ive been looking on here and its mostly "don't buy it from the dealership" "its easy to fix" etc. but nothing concrete. i'll keep looking, though thank you ;)
