On my 97 I keep throwing codes. I get one fixed and a few weeks later I throw another one. Any one have any ideas on what may be causing this? It is getting kind of expensive, and annoying

You should probably post what code(s) you are getting currently and also what ones you've gotten in the past, otherwise no one will have the slightest clue how to help you.

I have had, low fuel pressure, o2 sensors (both) and repalaced. Vrank and cam sensors (replaced). I have replaced the the fuel filter, fuel pump, and injectors. Every time it is a different code. I guess i was wondering if someone thought my computer was going bad.
I have also been told that there might be a chip in the cat causing it...but that was someone that had the same problem with an olds.

It could be the PCM going bad, but it's not all that likely.
When you say you replaced all that stuff, was it because the codes showed those things? I.e. O2 sensor code made you replace the O2 sensor?
Because codes don't simply mean "hey replace the component the code is for". If you do that, it's actually quite likely you will start to see other codes here and there, like you have been. Seems like you replaced nearly the entire fuel system, but one thing it doesn't seem like you changed was the FPR. Now I'm not saying "hey go out and change the FPR" but I am saying since you've changed everything else there, if you still get a low fuel pressure code or a problem that's related to low fuel pressure, then it might be that.
There are no "chips" in the cat, unless by "chip" you mean a physical chip and not a computer chip, lol. If the cat is damaged, yes you can get a few different codes pointing towards that, but again don't go replacing things until you pinpoint the problem with troubleshooting.
Each time you got codes, when you replaced this stuff, did the car drive fine after and then and have no codes, but give another code later? Or have none of the problems ever been solved (and the car has always had codes of one sort or another)?

you must post what codes you are getting, either go to autozone or advance or any place that will scan for free and have them record the code that comes up and DONT buy the part that comes up, even if the person from the place says you should. post the code that came up and then we will be more able to help.
For about 80 you can get your own code reader, i have one and its very helpful.
As manta said, just don't go replacing the part that it says is wrong, ive learned my lesson at that. If you are safe with working on your car, buy an average volt meter. Sometimes you may actually have a bad wire not sensor, Ive had a few my self on my 96 2.4
If you post the code I can give you a complete diagnostic procedure for that code and then a repair procedure once you find whats wrong. Good luck.

Well i have replaced all the everything that the code read.
That is what they told me to do at autozone and other places.
Ya after I replaced the stuff it ran fine for a while.

most of the time those places will just tell you to replace what it says is wrong because it will make them money.
The new part probably makes it run better for a while because the newer parts sometimes makes it run better for some time because its condition is new.
If the same code comes up for a part you have replaced then obviously it is not the part at fault, its either the wiring(most likely), the computer (happens sometimes, but most say its very unlikely) or another part causing another to run improperly (ive had this before on my 94 blazer, a bad wiring, caused by a bad Idea of mine, on the egr valve caused a knock sensor inoperative code to come up instead of a code for the egr)
It also might seem to run fine for a while because after clearing the code from the computer it usually takes a couple of cycles for the code to reappear and for symptoms to show.

Mabye I will just take it to a garage and tell them whats going on and see what they say. Cause I have no idea on why it keeps throwing codes. Like I said, I have replaced the parts and I have also checked stuff prior to replacing the parts.

yeah, i know what you mean, it can get confusing at times. I do the same thing (taking it to a garage) when i cant find what the hell is wrong. Most of the time i just have them look at it and tell me whats wrong and I go and fix it myself. It also helps that my brother works at the garage i take my car to, and that my family is also friends with the owner.

no one can help you unless you post the codes.

Disconnect the battery, and let it sit for a half hour then reconnect it. Check for bad battery connections as well, llike corroded ends on the wires, make sure the ground wire is tight on the engine block etc. Check all the grounds.
And like the others say then post the codes. You just don't replace something because a code says that is what it is related to.
So post the codes that show up for us all to see.
