I used to know someone who had one, it was pretty crappy.. It was brushed aluminum with 3M tape on the back, it just didn't impress me much

The problem is that the picture is very low resolution.

all i know about these kits is if they are less than $100 bucks, they are fake and crap. vinyl. i would get a real one, or have a interior shop order and install one. youll pay more but get factory results.

I'm not sure about the aluminum kit but I had them send me a sample of there Carbon Fiber, it's simulated but it doesn't look too bad. It is a stick on type of kit but it's not vinyl. They are saying it is the same kit the dealers use. IMO it's not too bad looking but I'm still not sure yet.

if you want to do carbon fiber then order some carbon fiber mat and resin and id it yourself. itll look really good and it can be real.

i was reading the on the camaro forums. you can use 3M glue and glue the mat material, then trim it then resin it. once its done you can clear it and itll look awesome plus its real carbon fiber, and much cheaper than having it done.

the mat and resin can be found on selectproducts.com or check ebay.

I'll look into that but I'm not sure about my abilities of laying fiber
Maybe I'll give it a try.
