your gonna have to get a power inverter because the ps2 wont run off the cars electrical system,

mines behind my glovebox. if you have a small one, a 175 will run a ps2, there is enough room to tuck it behind. also, if you have a mini ps2, with a little bit of modification it can fit into your glovebox, lockable and out of sight!

If its an old PS2 you don't need an inverter. They run off 12volts, but you have to take it apaprt, thus voiding the warranty. Not sure about the new slimline ones.

Alright well im going to look in to it a little more as far as where i want to mount it. Im leaning to the glove box if it will fit, i will know within the day. Thanks again for the advice.

to put it in, youll have to probobly cut some of the glovebox. i had to cut slots in the back of mine for the cables so it could close properly. then you need to make sure it is immovable so people cant just swipe it at a car show

thats going to be the difficult part, but the system itself fits in there pretty good, but yes im going to have to cut some little slots in there for the wires to run through, so this will be my project for the next couple of days. Thanks again to everyone for the advice
