i hear u but i don't think u need the extra power if i didn't have such a big amp to my subs i wouldn't even need the 75 wats because without the subwoofer the speakers are so loud it sounds out of place, plus i don't run the full watts that the speakers can handle, then if u are running the amp right its hard to hurt the speakers.

o ya and the audiobahn is 75 watts rms. the boss u where lookin at is 100x4 max so its probably like 50-75 watts rms, and the power acoustik is 100x4 watts rms but i wave use power acoustik many times before and the amps put out les power than they say they do

i am running 2 12" polk subs now, so they thump nicely. I am debating on getting the 75w rms for price reasons, how much does 25w diffrence make in sound?

i think someone has listed this amp to me before:
http://www.crutchfield.com/S-aI4WJXxMzhY/cgi-bin/ProdView.asp?g=120&I=489HA1040
it is 80w and a good price. i am debating on going with it, so when i get it i would hook it up pretty much one speaker to one channel correct?

Lanzar is lower line, but their Opti series is not something to mess with, VERY good amps. Well known with a lot of people to be very good.

I would stay away from the Baja series from Profile, if anything, get the California series.

I wouldnt use Boss, Crunch, or power acoustik, they may be cheaper but u get what u paid for.

Lanzar is actually really good. Theyre just not well known yet.

Not well known yet? Lanzar has been around for a long time, if they are not well known yet there is a reason for that.

Crunch is very decent, you can't find many TRUE 1kRMS amps for the price that you can get a 1kRMS Crunch amp for.
