Well the floor in my truck is uneven so it made putting a box for subwoofers in my truck one hell of a problem. I found a piece of wood that's a 4x4 its 26" inches long and it actually measures 3.25" by 3.25"

It wasn't bad idea, after I put it under the side that wasn't even with the floor it evened out and looked awesome! But... it's not attatched to the box and it's just bare wood. Well its been like that for about2 months.. I got this crazy idea while I was working.. what if I bought woofer box carpet and glued it to the wood and secured it to the box? well it was an idea and I ran with it.. I bought a square yard of carpet from my audio installed for 10$ and I came home and started the project. Heres where it's at right now. Ill post pics of it when it's finished as well.

I've done that before in the back of a Ford F-150. Granted it was a lot begger of a box (4 12's), but I used the same idea to level it out.

Good job. And even bettr touch with the carpet. I bet most people would just let it bare.

Looks good and will help keep that box nice and stable ;)

Wouldn't really call it a box modification, but yeah it looks like it'll solve the problem of the stepped floor in the back.
